Terms and Conditions

Opening an Account is as easy as 123. You can open an account for you with your first order. All you need is a Master Card, or a Visa credit card number. Credit will be established by filling in our credit application. Please provide your account number when you place an order to accelerate process.
Price Policy
We try our best to keep each item at its catalogue price; however, prices can change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations and manufacturer’s price increases. Typographical errors are exempted. Prices are not including taxes.

Payment Terms

All accounts are due the 15th of the month following the invoice. You will receive a statement of account at the end of the month. We accept payment by Paypal, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and telephone or internet banking. A 1.5% monthly charge (18% annually) will be added to overdue balances. Equipment purchases can be paid for by leasing options as well.

Delivery

Our shipments are fully insured. Delivery time will vary due to proximity to your shipping location.

Freight & Handling Charges

There will be no freight or handling charged on orders over $200.00 in the lower mainland. However, there may be a small charge of $6.25 for the handling of orders under $100.00 other areas will be charged based on the rates of the shipping companies.

Claims

Missing items must be notified within three business days.

Return Policy

Please call your sales representative or our customer service for a return number. Product returns can be made within 15 days of purchase, in the original, unmarked, unopened, sealed package with a copy of the original invoice, for a full credit or refund. Returned items not meeting this criteria will be assessed and minimum 15% restocking charge, plus shipping charges incurred or it may not be accepted.
Before you open a package, please make sure that it contains the item that you ordered. Some items like implant parts if opened or used, cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Equipment will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

If the item is defective while in use, return the remaining portion of the product with a full explanation. We will ship the product and explanation to the manufacturer. Please note that non-stock and/or special order merchandise that is not held in our regular inventory ordered at your request is not returnable Non-stock and /or special order items are generally not returnable for credit; however, if accepted, they will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee or more depending on the item.

Returns of returnable items must be made within 15 days of purchase in the original, unopened package with a copy of your invoice. Returns not meeting this criteria will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee
No returns accepted for items with less than a 1 year expiry date.
Hazardous Goods like liquids, alcohol, disinfectants due to extra handling and documentation will requir, there will be an additional $10.00 surcharge per shipment.
